An Ayurvedic Diet & Lifestyle consultation is about helping you reconnect with your body, mind and spirit. Continue below for appointment descriptions, cost, payments and scheduling information.

Cost: Free!
In this free half hour call, you have the opportunity to learn about Ayurveda and to see if this is a good fit for your personal health goals. You’ll leave with some simple no cost changes to try out.

Cost: $220 for package of Initial Consultation and 1 Follow Up visit, $150 for Initial Consultation only.
During the initial consultation, we will discuss your current health and health goals. We will craft an initial plan together to start you on your wellness journey that may include diet changes, lifestyle changes and sleep routines. No need to worry, we won’t get rid of your coffee and chocolate!

Cost: $90.00 per Follow Up appointment
A follow up consultation is scheduled six to eight weeks after the initial consultation to allow you time to work with the recommendations and experience what works for you. At the follow up we’ll review your plan and make adjustments as needed.

Fee: $90.00 per Follow Up appointment
If you find you need ongoing support after the initial consultation and first follow up appointment, additional follow up appointments can be scheduled.
Note: Consultations are educational and cannot take the place of regular medical care under the direction of your physician(s). We cannot provide any medical duties and therapies that would be performed by a licensed health care provider such as surgery, diagnosing disease, prescribing prescription drugs and controlled substances, chiropractic services and massage therapy. Before beginning any complimentary or alternative therapies, please consult your primary care physician.
Payments and Scheduling
Payments for services are accepted by check, money order, Venmo, and Zelle bank transfer. Payments are due on or before day of the scheduled consultation. Refunds are available with cancellation notice 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation. Head to the Book Now button to schedule.
