Currently all consultations are offered virtually.

An Ayurvedic Diet & Lifestyle consultation is about helping you reconnect with your body, mind and spirit. For effective results, the consultation is in two parts, the initial consultation and the follow up consultation.

Initial Consultation: During the initial consultation, we will discuss your current health and health goals. We will craft an initial plan together to start you on your wellness journey that may include diet changes, lifestyle changes and sleep routines. No need to worry, we won’t get rid of your coffee and chocolate!

Follow Up Consultation: A follow up consultation is scheduled six to eight weeks after the initial consultation to allow you time to work with the recommendations and experience what works for you. At the follow up we’ll review your plan and make adjustments as needed.

Ongoing Support: If you find you need ongoing support after the initial consultation and first follow up appointment, additional follow up appointments can be scheduled.

Payments and Scheduling

Payments for services are accepted by check, money order, Venmo, and Zelle bank transfer. Payments are due on or before day of the scheduled consultation. Refunds are available with cancellation notice 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation. Head to the Book Now button to schedule.
